Be kind to your body, think beautifully about your eating. Healthy eating is so important. My recipe discovery this week is a delicious vegan recipe for Peanut Butter Energy Balls. Created by the amazing blogger The Little Plantation.
150g of peanut butter
75g of almonds
200g Medjool date pitted
3tbs raw cocao powder unsweetened
1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Garnish with turmeric, matcha powder or beetroot powder.
Just blitz all the ingredients up and roll then garnish with seeds and powders above.
